Małgorzata Lazarek- studies at Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Faculty of Graphics in Katowice. Diploma in professor Tomasz Jura's studio - drawing, film and professor Jacek Rykała's - painting. The academy awarded her the medal for the whole work and she got the academy-prize. The artist was also winner of the main prize at ALL - Polish Biennale of Student's Drawing. She belongs to a not numerous group of women taking care of satiric drawing. She is a frequent prize-winner of International Exhibition "Satyrykon" and many other competitions (also received awards for painting). Malgorzata Lazarek's focus lies on painting, drawing, cartoon and illustration. She lives in Katowice.
